It is a simple, more affordable way to hire an interior designer because the service is performed virtually, cutting out the need for in-person meetings & travel. Anyone, anywhere around the world can work with an e-designer (ME!) without having to worry about location. Interior design services can now be completed without a designer ever even having to set foot in your home. E-design is also a much simpler, laid back process, with a quicker turnaround time than traditional interior design.

You get to do all the fun stuff - E-design offers excellent chances for my clients to take on some of the work required themselves. Before the project begins, you'll take photos and measurements of your home to share with me. Additionally, you'll typically share examples of design inspiration for your space - such as Pinterest Boards and images you have seen online.

Affordable - In addition to only having to pay one set fee for your design, e-design is more affordable than traditional interior design. Because you handle certain aspects of your project yourself (taking measurements, purchasing your decor and furniture, etc.), you won't pay me, your designer, to do those things. You end up saving so much money, which can then be spent on items for your home. Win Win!

Flexible - Once your design is finalised and presented to you, you then have the freedom to shop for your space and arrange everything at your own pace. You're in control of whether you prefer to purchase all items at once or gradually acquire them over time. In contrast to traditional interior design projects, where delays in decision-making or purchases can impact the project timeline and potentially increase costs, e-design allows you the flexibility to work at your project according to your own schedule and budget.

No hidden fees - I have set packages for my design services so there’s no hidden fees or surprise total at the end of the project. With traditional interior design services, you may have to pay your designer a project retainer, hourly rate, and reimburse travel expenses and other admin costs.
